IT Support
Small and mid-sized businesses rarely have anyone whose job is IT. Problems land on whoever is least afraid of the settings menu, and they take longer to fix than they should. Our support team takes that on, so staff get help from someone who does this every day.
Support covers desktops, laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi and networks, Microsoft 365, business email, cloud storage, software setup and the accounts and permissions that go with staff joining and leaving. We work remotely for most issues and come on site when hands are needed.
This service suits businesses that want a reliable place to send IT problems and a team that knows their setup, without committing to a full managed service before they are ready.
Scoped to your business, not a template.
Every engagement starts with your customers, your sales process and your systems. The scope below is what we draw from. The proposal defines what you need.
Make an IT Support EnquiryHelpdesk
Staff log issues by phone, email or portal and get help from a technician who has your environment documented.
Onsite visits
For hardware faults, network changes, office moves and anything that cannot be done remotely.
Microsoft 365 and email
User setup, licensing, mailbox issues, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
Devices
Procurement advice, setup, encryption, updates and repairs for laptops, desktops, phones and tablets.
Network and Wi-Fi
Diagnosis of slow or dropping connections, router and switch configuration, and separation of guest and staff networks.
Accounts and access
Starters and leavers handled properly, with permissions reviewed so former staff do not retain access.
Backups and basic security
Backups verified, multi-factor authentication enforced, and the fundamentals of security hygiene maintained.
Documentation
Your systems, logins and configurations documented so support is faster and knowledge is not lost.
Relevant at every stage of growth.
- Starting out
Set up properly from the first hire
Email, devices, file storage and security basics configured correctly so you are not unpicking it later.
- Growing
Someone to call
Ad hoc or scheduled support for a growing team, with new starters set up quickly and recurring problems fixed at the root.

Structured support and a path to managed IT
Regular support hours, documented systems, proactive maintenance and a plan toward a fully managed arrangement.
- Enterprise
Supplementing an internal IT team
Overflow helpdesk, onsite coverage in specific locations, project work and specialist Microsoft 365 or network expertise.
A clear path from first conversation to results.
Timelines depend on scope and are confirmed in your proposal. Nothing is promised that the plan cannot support.

We document your environment, users, devices and accounts, and fix the obvious risks immediately.
- 02

Support hours, contact methods, priorities and onsite coverage are agreed per client and written down.
- 03
Day-to-day support
Issues logged, resolved and recorded, with patterns reported so repeat problems get permanent fixes.
- 04
Regular review
Periodic review of open issues, hardware age, licensing and security basics, with recommendations in plain language.
How this differs by sector
A medical practice needs practice management software supported alongside strict access control and privacy requirements. A construction firm needs devices that survive site conditions and reliable access from utes and site sheds. An accounting firm needs secure file handling, client portals and reliability through deadline periods. A retail chain needs point-of-sale, Wi-Fi and store-level support. The tools are familiar; the priorities and the risks differ by sector.
Answers before you enquire.
What hours is support available?
Support hours, contact methods and onsite coverage are agreed with each client based on how the business operates. We put the arrangement in writing so everyone knows what is covered.
How quickly do you respond?
Response and priority arrangements are agreed per client rather than quoted as a blanket promise. Issues that stop people working are prioritised, and we tell you how each type of issue will be handled.
Can you support our existing software?
In most cases, yes. We support mainstream business software directly and work with your specialist vendors for industry systems, acting as the coordinator so you are not stuck between suppliers.
Do we need to be on Microsoft 365?
No, but many of our clients are because it covers email, files, Teams and security in one place. We support Google Workspace and other platforms as well and can advise on whether a move makes sense.
What does IT support cost?
It depends on the number of users and devices, whether support is ad hoc or scheduled, and how much onsite work is needed. We confirm the arrangement in a tailored proposal after an initial review.
