Business & Technology Consulting
Businesses rarely lack ideas about what to improve. They lack a clear view of which changes matter most, how they fit together and what they will cost in time and money. Consulting gives that view, with a plan the business can act on rather than a report that goes in a drawer.
Our consulting covers digital transformation, technology and IT strategy, systems analysis, process optimisation and operational improvement, growth and marketing strategy, technology planning and ongoing advisory. Because the same group designs websites, software, automation and IT, the recommendations are grounded in what implementation actually involves.
This service suits owners and executives facing a decision they do not want to get wrong: a system replacement, a growth push, an acquisition or merger, a move to new premises, or a business that has outgrown the way it runs.
Scoped to your business, not a template.
Every engagement starts with your customers, your sales process and your systems. The scope below is what we draw from. The proposal defines what you need.

How this differs by sector
A professional services firm is usually asking about practice management systems, client experience and partner time. A manufacturer is asking about ERP, production visibility and integration with the shop floor. A healthcare group is asking about patient flow, compliance and systems that clinicians will actually use. A retailer is asking about inventory, omnichannel and margin. The method is consistent; the questions and the constraints come from the sector.
Answers before you enquire.
How is this different from hiring a large consulting firm?
We are smaller, more direct and we also build and run the systems we recommend, which keeps the advice practical. For very large transformation programs a bigger firm may suit, and we will say so.
Will you recommend your own services?
Only where they fit, and we separate the advice from the implementation so you can take the plan elsewhere. The consulting engagement stands on its own.
How long does a consulting engagement take?
A focused review can be a few weeks. A transformation strategy with multiple workshops and systems analysis takes longer. We agree the timeline and the outputs before starting.
Do you work with our existing suppliers?
Yes. We often coordinate with incumbent software vendors, IT providers and agencies, and part of our role is making sure they are pulling in the same direction.
What does consulting cost?
It depends on the scope of the question, the number of stakeholders and systems involved, and whether you want ongoing advisory. We confirm this in a tailored proposal after an initial conversation.
