Managed IT that prevents problems instead of just fixing them.
Managed IT puts your technology under ongoing care: monitoring, patching, backups, security fundamentals and planning, handled by a team that is accountable for keeping things running. It is the difference between calling when something breaks and having someone whose job is to stop it breaking.
- Device monitoring, patching and maintenance
- Microsoft 365 and cloud platform administration
- Backup, recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Cybersecurity fundamentals including MFA, endpoint protection and email filtering
- Network, firewall and Wi-Fi management
- Helpdesk support under an agreed arrangement
- Asset, licence and warranty tracking
- Vendor and internet provider coordination
- Quarterly technology reviews and roadmap planning

Managed IT Services
Reactive support fixes problems. Managed IT reduces how many you have. Devices are monitored and patched, backups are tested rather than assumed, security controls are maintained, licences and hardware are tracked, and someone is thinking about next year's needs before they become this month's emergency.
Our managed service covers monitoring and maintenance, Microsoft 365 and cloud administration, backup and recovery, cybersecurity fundamentals, network management, vendor coordination, asset and licence management and regular technology planning, with helpdesk support included under an agreed arrangement.
This service suits businesses that depend on their systems every day, have compliance or client obligations around data, and want a predictable relationship with a provider who knows their environment.
Scoped to your business, not a template.
Every engagement starts with your customers, your sales process and your systems. The scope below is what we draw from. The proposal defines what you need.
Make an IT Support EnquiryMonitoring and maintenance
Endpoints and servers monitored for faults, updates applied on a schedule, and issues addressed before staff notice them.
Security fundamentals
Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, email filtering, access reviews and staff awareness, informed by Australian government guidance such as the Essential Eight.
Backup and recovery
Backups for devices, Microsoft 365 and servers, with restores tested so recovery actually works when it is needed.
Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration
Licensing, configuration, security settings and new features managed centrally.
Network management
Firewalls, switches, access points and internet links configured, monitored and documented.
Helpdesk
Support for staff included in the arrangement, with hours and priorities agreed per client.
Asset and licence management
A current register of devices, software and renewals so nothing lapses or gets forgotten.
Planning and reviews
Regular reviews covering risks, ageing hardware, upcoming changes and budget planning for the year ahead.
Relevant at every stage of growth.
- Starting out
Usually a later step
Very small teams often start with ad hoc IT support and move to a managed arrangement once there are enough users and systems to make proactive care worthwhile. We will tell you honestly which fits.

Predictable IT for a growing team
Monitoring, patching, backups and helpdesk under one arrangement so IT stops being an interruption to running the business.
- Established
Security, compliance and continuity
Formal security controls, tested recovery, documented policies and reporting that satisfies clients, insurers and auditors.
- Enterprise
Co-managed IT
Working alongside an internal IT team to cover monitoring, specific sites, Microsoft 365 or network specialties, and project capacity.
A clear path from first conversation to results.
Timelines depend on scope and are confirmed in your proposal. Nothing is promised that the plan cannot support.

How this differs by sector
A legal practice needs document security, retention and access controls that stand up to client scrutiny. A manufacturer needs operational systems kept running and segmented from office networks. A not-for-profit needs cost-effective licensing and governance for a mix of staff and volunteers. A financial services firm needs documented controls for regulators and insurers. Managed IT is shaped by the obligations and the operating hours of each sector.
Answers before you enquire.
What is the difference between IT support and managed IT?
IT support is help when something goes wrong. Managed IT adds monitoring, maintenance, security and planning so fewer things go wrong, under an ongoing arrangement. Many clients start with support and move to managed as they grow.
Do you guarantee uptime or response times?
We do not publish blanket guarantees. Response priorities, support hours and escalation paths are agreed per client and documented, and we report on how we performed against them.
Will we need to replace our hardware or software?
Only where it is a risk. Part of the assessment is identifying unsupported systems or ageing hardware, and we plan replacements over time rather than all at once.
How do you handle cybersecurity?
We maintain the fundamentals: multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, patching, email filtering, backups and access reviews, informed by Australian government guidance. For higher assurance needs we work with specialist partners and say so.
What does managed IT cost?
It depends on the number of users, devices and sites, and on the level of security and support included. The arrangement is confirmed in a tailored proposal after an assessment.
